Marseyas Steven Fernandez is the founder and CEO of MSF Global Solutions. Marseyas has over sixteen years experience as an entrepreneur, developer and innovator in the field of digital interactive solutions and web technologies. Prior to starting MSF Global Solutions, Marseyas enjoyed a successful career working for companies that included Bowne Management Systems, a leading provider of GIS services, Mel Engineers and Columbia University’s Urban Technical Assistance Project (UTAP). During his tenure Marseyas led GIS operations and gained considerable experience in working with all aspects of local government agencies and community-based organizations to deliver enterprise level digital and web solutions. Complementing this experience, Mr. Fernandez gained significant international experience leveraging technology to support community development projects in Port-au-Prince, Haiti and Johannesburg, South Africa.
